Who is Signing?
All Signing parties MUST have a current Drivers License, State ID, or Passport
*If signer does not have current ID - Call for special instructions before scheduling
All signing parties MUST be able to communicate clearly in English that they understand what they are signing and not appear to be under any duress to sign.
Witnesses can NOT be related to any one signing and can NOT be mentioned in the document
Medical staff/Nurses will NOT sign as witnesses for anything other than Healthcare POA/Directives documents
The best witnesses are a friend or neighbor - someone completely detached from the situation
All witnesses must be arranged ahead of time and be present for signing and provide a current Drivers License, State ID, or Passport - photocopies not accepted
Notary Fees:
All prices are within 15 miles of 62035. Additional mileage over 15 miles is .04 cents per mile.
Mobile Notary means I come to you. Licensed in the state of Illinois only.
Mobile Notary: Starting at $45 first signature, $10 each additional signature.
Loan/Closing Signing Fee: $125 per signing set (buyer or seller); or $200 if signing both sides.
